How long do I have to wait to receive an item that I have requested for delivery?

Delivery of an item won on Primedrop usually takes less than two weeks. Exceptional circumstances may increase this timeframe (strikes, delivery issues, etc.). If delivery takes longer than this, please contact Primedrop technical support. We only deliver to the following countries: Czech Republic, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Norway, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, United States, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Can I have any item delivered to my home?

Yes, in theory all items are deliverable. However, please note that some items, whether rare or bulky, may not be available for delivery. Primedrop reserves the right to refuse to deliver an item and instead refund the user in cases where it is not realistic or technically possible to obtain or deliver the item. Primedrop is the sole judge of the feasibility of delivery, and the user must defer to its judgment of the situation
